When will I receive my order?
We are currently in our presale phase and expect to ship orders during August. You will receive a confirmation email once your jewellery is on its way.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, just send us an email at Frida@ealis.no and we’ll do our best to help.

What ring sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes 54, 56, 58 and 60. You can find more information on our Size Guide

Can I return my order?
Yes – we offer 14 days open return after you’ve received your jewellery. Just send us an email, and we’ll guide you through the return process.

What materials do you use?
All our jewellery is made from high-quality 925 sterling silver. You can also get them in 18k gold-plated 925 sterling silver . You’ll find full details on each product page.

Will the jewellery tarnish or change colour?
Sterling silver may darken slightly over time, but it can easily be cleaned with a soft cloth. We recommend storing your jewellery in a dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
