Rings
Rings from Ealis come in four different sizes: 54, 56, 58, and 60. All sizes refer to the circumference of the finger in millimeters and correspond to the following measurements

Unsure which size to choose? Measure the circumference of your finger using a measuring tape or a piece of string, and check which of the sizes is closest. You can also use a ring you already own and measure the inner diameter.
Bracelets
If it doesn't say one-size under product description, the sizes for bracelets from Ealis is
S measures 18 cm around the wrist.
M measures 20 cm around the wrist.
