By shopping at ealis.no, you agree to these Terms of Sale. All prices are in NOK and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order and can be made via available payment methods.

We do our best to ensure all product information and photos are accurate, but small variations may occur. Delivery time will depend on your location and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs.

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery in line with Norwegian/EU law. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please contact us before returning. Return costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, let us know within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including reasonable return shipping costs.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes will be handled by Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the agreed venue unless otherwise required by law.
