Just email us at bror@ealis.no with your order number and a short message, and we’ll guide you through the process. All we ask is that the jewellery is returned in its original packaging and handled with care.

Once your return arrives, we’ll process your refund within 14 business days back to your original payment method. If your pre-order hasn’t shipped yet and you’d like to cancel it, simply let us know — we’re happy to help.
